Zucchini Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini squash
    sliced tomatoes
    chopped or sliced onions
    butter or margarine
    salt
    brown sugar
    buttered bread crumbs, crushed cornflakes or crushed crackers
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Dice or slice zucchini squash.\tCook in boiling, salted water until tender.
    Do not
    peel.
    Drain and place in greased casserole in alternate layers with sliced tomatoes and chopped or sliced onions.
    Dot
    each\tlayer
    with butter or margarine, salt and brown sugar.
    Top with buttered bread crumbs, crushed cornflakes or crushed crackers
    and
    grated cheese.
    Bake in a moderately hot oven (400\u00b0) about 20 minutes.
