Coffee Can Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour, sifted and divided
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Measure 1 1/2 cups of the sifted flour into a large bowl and add yeast.
    Blend at number 3 speed for 1/2 minute with mixer. Combine milk, 1/2 cup water, oil, sugar and salt in small saucepan. Heat on low heat until mixture is just warm.
