Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts or 4 halves
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. tarragon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    fresh bread crumbs (about 2 slices)
Preparation
    Spread the chicken breasts with a mixture of the mustard, oil, tarragon and garlic.
    Roll the chicken breasts in the bread crumbs. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 14 minutes.
