Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 fresh tomatoes, blanch, peel and remove core
    8 large onions
    vinegar to taste (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes, onion and pepper in food processor.
    Add vinegar and salt.
    Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
    Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
