Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. sirloin tips, cut thin
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 green peppers, cut
2 to 3 medium onions, cut
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. water
4 tomatoes, wedged
Preparation

Brown beef in hot oil, add garlic.
Cook until garlic is yellow.
Add soy sauce, salt and 1/2 cup water.
Cook 45 minutes. Add vegetables.
Cook 10 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch blended in 2 cups water.
Add tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
Serve over hot fluffy rice or noodles.
