Crab Imperial With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. backfin crabmeat
Preparation
    Make white sauce with first 4 ingredients.
    Add cheese and seasonings.
    Fold in crabmeat, gently.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
