Sweet Snack Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

14 c. popped popcorn
3 c. crisp rice cereal
2 c. salted peanuts
1 lb. white confectionery coating or almond bark or candy coating
3 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine popcorn, cereal and peanuts.
Melt coating in microwave according to package directions.
Stir in peanut butter.
Pour over popcorn mixture and stir to coat. Spread evenly on waxed paper.
Allow to set for at least 2 hours. Store in airtight container.
Yields 5 to 6 quarts.
