Beef Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 egg yolk, beaten
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. liver pate
    1 egg white, beaten
Preparation
    Place on shallow roasting pan. Place in oven at 425\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool.
