Miniature Date Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. pitted dates
1 stick butter
1 c. grated cheese
toasted pecans
1 1/2 c. flour
salt and red pepper

Preparation

Stuff dates with nuts.
Make pastry with other ingredients. Roll pastry thin and cut with small biscuit cutter.
Wrap pastry around dates.
Press edges together.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
