Ham And Pork Loaf With Peach Mustard Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground smoked ham
    3/4 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. finely chopped yellow onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped red bell peppers
    pinch of sage
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. plus 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    3/4 to 1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    3 large eggs beaten
    1/2 c. peach preserves
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease loaf pan and set aside.
