Special Holiday Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream (room temperature)
    12 extra large strawberries with stems or 16 large strawberries without stems
    3 sq. (3 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate or chocolate-flavored candy coating
    3 oz. white baking pieces with cocoa butter or vanilla-flavored candy coating
    powdered sugar
    unsweetened cocoa powder
Preparation
    Rinse strawberries; pat dry.
    Leave caps and stems (if present) intact.
    With a sharp knife, make 4 or 5 slices in each berry from tip end almost to, but not through, cap.
    Gently fan out berry as far as possible.
    (Stem end of berry should remain intact.)
