Fruited Pork Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Mandarin Marmalade
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large onion, cut in 8 wedges
    1 medium red pepper, cut in eighths
    1 medium green pepper, cut in eighths
    1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
