Glazed Turkey Kabob - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 (1-inch each) cooked Butterball turkey (1 lb.)
    water
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    16 slices beef or turkey bacon, cut into halves
    2 large bell peppers (red), cut into 24 (1 1/2-inch) triangles
    3 large green bell peppers, cut into 32 (1 1/2-inch) triangles
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Combine juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in small saucepan.
    Bring to boil over heat.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Set glaze aside.
