Cheesy Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. onion
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 (5 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 green pepper
Preparation
    Saute beef, green pepper and onion in a skillet until meat is done.
    Drain well.
    Return to skillet.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Combine 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and egg.
    Mix well and stir into meat mixture.
    Spoon into 8-inch baking dish.
    Split biscuits and place on top of meat mixture.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
