Black Bottom Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. mashed banana
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. baking cocoa
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla; beat thoroughly.
    Blend in bananas.
    Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Divide batter in half.
    Add cocoa in half.
    Spread the cocoa mixture in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Spoon on remaining batter and swirl with knife.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Cool.
    Yield: 2 1/2 to 3 dozen.
