Hot Milk Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c sugar
    1 c milk
    1 stick butter
    2 c flour
    2 t baking powder
    1 t salt
    1 t vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs one at a time until frothy.
    Gradually add sugar and continue to beat until sugar is incorporated.
    Heat milk and butter but do not boil.
    Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
    Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk mixture into the egg mixture, but do not beat.
    Stir in the vanilla.
