Mom'S Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans apples *
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 to 2 tsp. cinnamon (to taste)
    2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    *For fresh apples, use 6 cups peeled, cored and sliced plus 1 cup of water.
    Cook fruit down for several minutes.
