Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar spaghetti sauce (26 oz.)
    1 box stuffing shells, cooked according to pkg.
    4 c. (2 lb.) Ricotta cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    3/4 tsp. oregano (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling.
    Using a teaspoon, carefully fill cooked, cooled stuffing shells with the cheese mixture.
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, pour 1/2 of the sauce, then arrange the shells, open side up, in a single layer over the sauce.
    Cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Allow to stand, uncovered, for about 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings (about 36 shells).
