Pasta Salad (With Tomatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 to 2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, chopped finely
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    2 tsp. fresh basil
    1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Mixture should be moist.
