Hominy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. onion
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 heaping tsp. sweet pepper relish, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Rinse hominy and drain well.
    Combine with remaining ingredients and drain well.
