Pepper Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    1 can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into hot cast-iron skillet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown and crusty.
