Rotel Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 pkg. spaghetti noodles
1 can Ro-Tel
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Boil skinned chicken until done.
Reserve broth for noodles to be boiled in.
Pull chicken from bone and chop into small pieces while noodles are boiling.
Put cubed chicken, soup and Ro-Tel into casserole dish.
Mix well.
Add desired amount of noodles and top with cubes of Velveeta cheese.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling.
