Heart Safe Fried Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fillets of grouper, snapper, snook or favorite whitefish
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
    seasoned bread crumbs
    canola oil
Preparation
    Cut fillets into bite sized pieces.
    Dip into egg white which has been beaten with the water, then dip into bread crumbs.
    Fry in small amount of canola oil in skillet until golden brown.
