Egg Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, shredded
    1 can bamboo shoots, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 carrots, shredded
    1 lb. hamburger
    6 pork chops, chopped
    1 can bean sprouts
    soy sauce
    wonton or egg roll wrappers
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and drain.
    Add pork chops.
    Add onions, bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms and bamboo shoots.
    Cook down, adding soy sauce and cabbage (stop adding cabbage when you feel it is enough).
    Take off stove and add bean sprouts while still hot. Wrap in wrappers and deep fry until brown.
