Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (may use sausage)
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    6 to 8 lasagna noodles (enough for 2 layers)
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) block Cheddar cheese, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) block Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain well.
    Add 2 cans tomato sauce and Italian seasoning.
    Simmer meat mixture while cooking lasagna noodles.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Drain noodles when tender, then layer 3 to 4 noodles on bottom of pan. Spread half of meat and tomato sauce mixture on noodles, then half of sliced Mozzarella and half of sliced Cheddar.
    Make second layer with remaining noodles, meat, Mozzarella and Cheddar.
    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, then sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.
