Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/4 to 1/3 c. water
    3 batches popped popcorn
Preparation
    Cook over medium heat until it reaches the hard crack stage. Watch it carefully toward the end so it doesn't burn.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Stir.
