Cabbage Rolls(Sarma) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, blanched
    3 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. rice
    salt and pepper
    grated cheese
    2 cans sauerkraut or bags
Preparation
    Blanch cabbage in hot water to separate leaves; drain.
    Mix together pork, beef, rice and grated cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Make into balls and roll into cabbage leaves.
    Spread 1/2 of sauerkraut in bottom of 8-quart pan. Arrange cabbage rolls on top.
    Put remaining sauerkraut on top. Cover with water.
    Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 4 hours.
