Flounder Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flounder fillet
    6 Tbsp. bread crumbs (Italian)
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place fish on pan.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, cheese and spices.
    Wet this with oil and juice.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Boil 3 to 5 minutes until brown.
