Lane'S Applesauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

apples
water
sugar to taste
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Quarter apples; place in pot with water (enough to see, but not to cover apples).
Cook at medium heat, covered, until soft mush.
Press through colander.
Put back on stove.
Add plenty of sugar to taste.
Boil, then cool and add vanilla.
