Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
2 to 3 tomatoes
2 to 3 cucumbers
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can kidney beans, well drained
1 pkg. regular size corn chips
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing
Preparation

Prepare lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers as you would for tossed salad.
Add cheese, beans and corn chips.
Stir as you add Catalina dressing.
Use enough to cover all ingredients.
Mix all ingredients well.
May use more or less of ingredients, according to your preference.
Salad is better if dressing is added just before serving.
