Betty'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, sliced
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    salt and pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Layer potatoes in a deep casserole with onions and butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add milk to cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until potatoes are done and mixture has started to thicken.
    Sauce will thicken some on standing.
