Frosted Lemonade Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cold water
1 (6 7/8 oz.) envelope sugar sweetened lemonade mix (1 c.)
2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 qt. lemon sherbet
2 (16 oz.) grapefruit carbonated beverage, chilled (4 c.)
Preparation

In a punch bowl stir cold water into lemonade mix until dissolved.
Stir in pineapple juice.
Stir half of the sherbet to soften;
blend
into
lemonade
mixture.
Scoop
remaining sherbet on top.
Resting bottle on rim of bowl, carefully pour in carbonated beverage; stir gently.
Makes 14 cups.
