Seafari Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 can LeSueur peas, drained
    1 can french style green beans, drained (corn may be substituted)
    1 small jar pimento
    1 vidalia (or any sweet) onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, diced
Preparation
    Mix together the day before serving.
    Refrigerate.
    Keeps well for at least 10 days.
