Grapefruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    3 grapefruits, sectioned and drained
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water, cornstarch and salt until thick and clear. Add box of Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
    Chill until mixture begins to set.
    Add grapefruit sections and pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip.
