Anise Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. anise oil
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat together ingredients.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes in bread pan.
    Remove from oven and slice 1/2-inch thick.
    Butter each slice lightly on both sides.
    Place on cookie sheet and return to oven for 5 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly before storing in tight lid container.
