Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt in small bowl and mix well. Place half the potatoes, onions and parsley in serving bowl. Spoon half of the sour cream mixture over the top.
    Spoon remaining sour cream mixture over the next layer of potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining parsley over sour cream.
    Chill in refrigerator for 12 hours or longer.
