Heavenly Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small or 1 large pkg. lime gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. whipped cream
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve
jello
in
2
cups
boiling
water in a large mixing bowl;
add hot jello mixture and stir until dissolved. Melt marshmallows
in
1/4 cup boiling water in top of double boiler; add
to
jello
mixture.
Add
1 cup cold water.
Add whipped cream and beat until smooth.
Add pineapple and nuts. Pour into a greased large baking dish.
