Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes, or until knife will pull out uncoated.
