Party Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1 egg
    1/3 c. grated onions
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar jalapeno pepper jelly mix
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Season to taste.
    Form into small meatballs.
    Brown meatballs in a large skillet over medium heat.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Combine chili sauce and jelly; blend and add to skillet.
    Cook about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
