Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 c. canned applesauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour pan.
Measure all ingredients into large bowl and blend.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
I use a Bundt pan.
Ice with vanilla icing.
