Corn Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium zucchini
    1 (12 oz. size) can whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped chives or dried
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
    Cook in salted water for 10 minutes.
    Carefully remove pulp.
    Drain corn and zucchini pulp well, then combine with salt, onions and chives.
    Pile mixture in zucchini shells and place in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
