Hawaiian Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. scalded milk
    3 beaten egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar and salt; add scalded milk gradually. Cook on low heat until thickened.
    Pour small amount over 3 beaten egg yolks, then add to the remainder.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add oleo, lemon juice, pineapple (drained) and add Baker's coconut. Pour into 10-inch baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue. Brown at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
