Roasted Tomato Sauce With Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large tomato per person
    4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    pepper to taste
    angle hair pasta
Preparation
    Roast in oven on foil covered pan all tomatoes for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove and let cool.
    When cooled, peel skin and remove core; throw core and skin away.
    Be sure to keep all juice and meat from the tomato.
    Cut into small pieces.
    In large skillet, brown garlic in olive oil.
    When garlic is lightly browned, add tomatoes and juice.
    While stirring, add parsley, oregano, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Let simmer.
