Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. drained pineapple tidbits
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
well. Grease and flour a tube cake pan well.
Put wax paper in the bottom of the pan. Bake about 2 hours at 275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
