Jasper'S Barbecue Sauce Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped onions or 1 Tbsp. onion powder
    3 pieces garlic, chopped or halved, dip out later or 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. grape juice (optional)
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne
    1 c. brown sugar (can substitute artificial sweetener)
    1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar and dry mustard (dry mustard has a tendency to clump) together. If using onion powder and garlic powder, add it to the brown sugar. Saut the onion and garlic using Pam. Mix in the rest of ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or more.
