Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. canned tomato paste
2 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

In large skillet, stir meat until browned.
Drain off grease. Blend in soup, flour and tomato paste.
Stir in water.
Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve over noodles.
