Mexican Barbecue Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin or flank steak
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 envelope chili season mix
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except steak in blender until well processed.
    Pour over steak in Ziploc bag and marinate overnight, turning bag over 2 to
    3 times in 24 hour period.
    Preheat broiler or barbecue grill. Remove steak from marinade and grill or broil until desired doneness.
