Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Basic Creole Sauce
    70 to 90 peeled and deveined shrimp
    all-purpose flour
    butter or margarine
    cooked rice
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter or margarine
    4 eggs
    Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook grits according to package.
    Add butter, eggs and milk. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    Top with cheese and cook another 15 minutes.
