Tuna Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine soup and cheese in a large saucepan; heat slowly, stirring constantly until cheese melts completely.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in rice, tuna, onion and pepper.
    Beat egg yolks; slowly stir into tuna mixture.
    Cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into tuna mixture until no streaks of white remain.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until puffed and golden and firm in center.
