Toffee Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 single graham crackers
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Place graham crackers on a vegetable-sprayed jelly roll pan in a single layer.
    Boil margarine and sugar 3 minutes.
    Pour evenly over crackers. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Watch closely so they don't burn.
    Let cool a few minutes before loosening, then cool on a wire rack.
    Store when cool in a covered container.
